Be careful ,the police in " Santa Cruz " are using a new computer program called "Predpol " to anticipate crime .They claim arrests are up 50 % ,crime down by 20 % does that math work out ?

Well they only ever arrested two people and now they can arrest three, that's a 50% increase in arrests.
And by arresting three, crime has fallen by 20%. It could be that the one extra guy was responsible for 20% of all crimes, but it's more likely that crimes are being prevented (in which case there is no arrest, in most non-cases).

You can hear all about on "curiosity stream " they cuffed and stuffed this one Guy because the computer said there would be a crime on that corner and He was wearing what looked like a nice 19.99 braclet (oh He did have priors )
