I actually think it sounds kinda tasty...

Though it looks a little dry... some Stubb's Spicy barbecue sauce would liven it right up

Anything wrapped in bacon is good; just don't eat it all the time and your arteries should be fine. Moderation in all things.

And a nice spicy sauce could help as well.

I'm not a big fan of the pineapple (although I don't find it surprising, I've often found ham paired with pineapple) but the bacon more than makes up for it.

That would be the Quebec version -- anything sweet must be made sickeningly so by the addition of more sugar.
