On the other hand, anyone who eats a veggies burger and expects it to be like eating a beef burger deserves to have their expectations shattered.

I like veggies burgers for themselves (and the toppings, too).

Then again, there is this: http://greatideas.people.com/2016/05/26 ... ole-foods/. According to NPR yesterday morning, they sold out on an hour at Whole Foods.

I chowed down on a tasty albacore tuna garden salad topped with diced walnuts and drizzled with Litehouse bacon vinaigrette dressing.

Oh, and for dessert, a pint of Dreyer's mint-chocolate chip ice cream.

Does life get any better than this?

This burger looks incredible. Gob - looking over the recipe (because I have almost everything to make it and think I may tomorrow) I'm just confirming that you grate the cauliflower raw?
Yes, raw, it's a cracking burger.

I tried grating cooked cauliflower once. The patty ended up very non-vegan
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

We had a big italian spread on saturday. We were down in Fla. visiting my wife's cousin and his wife made a wonderful meal. They have a full kitchen oven/stove/etc out on the backyard patio. It was my wife and I and three other cousins and spouses along with the homeowner cousin/spouse.
