8/12 for me too, but a little slower than Jim; I only got 315 cookies.

Re: Another Weekly Quiz
Took the day off yesterday to go to the Brewers-Reds game on a bar-sponsored bus trip so didn't get to this until today.
6/12 and a total of 274 pieces of 'funny money'. Apparently, the day off didn't help.
But seriously — knowing about the voice coaches on a hokey 'reality' show is considered to be a valid question in a news quiz?

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

4/12 and a new low of 189 bottle tops
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
Re: Another Weekly Quiz
7/12 and only 274.
So Dick Van Dyke thinks Bernie Sanders is the sanest man in America? Should we believe him because he once played a doctor on TV?
Note: He MAY be the sanest man running for president, but that's not saying much.

9/12 and 389 bits of danegeld
That required 8 correct guesses, 3 wrong guesses and 1 "I knew it"

Re: Another Weekly Quiz
Better this week, 9/12 and 373. In my defense, I was out of pocket for three days in the hinterlands at Mrs Mc's HS class reunion. It's so far behind the times out there that the movie at the local theater was The Worlds Fastest Indian. I won't say the number, but she was hanging around with a lot of OLD people. I also clicked on one wrong answer before I read the correct one which I would have known. Gotta do it quickly to protect those bit coins... Duh!

Also 10/12, but took a little longer than did Guin or LJ. Only ended up with 458 tiddlywinks.

7/12 for 305 shekels. (I was on vacation and really wasn't paying much attention to the news for most of last week.)
