Call me cynical but this vid feels a bit staged and scripted. From the amateur camera work, the narrative, and never seeing the ticket writing officer. And then the pièce de résistance -- the errant driver just happens to get interviewed by the news media. It feels all too unreal for me.
Yes, a great message for young black men but I don't buy the delivery.
“In a world whose absurdity appears to be so impenetrable, we simply must reach a greater degree of understanding among us, a greater sincerity.”

I assert that your allegation that BLM activists are terrorists is stupid and quite possibly racist. My response was calculated to match the idiocy of your allegation. Don't like it?
Keep it classy, BoSox
I guess I'm not the only one who believes the ugly truth behind the BLM organization. That well-known racist Rudy G. is at it again.
NEW YORK (AP) -- Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is being criticized after calling the term "black lives matter" "inherently racist."
During a Sunday appearance on CBS' "Face the Nation," Giuliani said "when you say black lives matter, that's inherently racist." He went on to say "black lives matter. White lives matter. Asian lives matter. Hispanic lives matter. That's anti-American and it's racist."
Giuliani also says black children face a greater threat from other black children than from police. He says "the real danger to them 99 out of 100 times ... are other black kids who are going to kill them. That's the way they're going to die."
In a New York Daily News column, the Rev. Al Sharpton says Giuliani's comments reveal "an appalling lack of understanding" of the issue. [wow, why am I not surprised?]
Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.
Just for the record while I don't see them as terrorists and I understand and even agree with thier issues, but, I find a lot of thier acts fall squarely into the "not helping" category.
Edited to add "but"

Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.
In a press conference Monday, Dallas Police Chief David Brown told young black men to improve their communities by joining law enforcement in their hometowns.
“Become a part of that solution,” Brown said. “Serve your communities. Don’t be a part of the problem. We’re hiring. We’re hiring. Get off that protest line and put an application in. We’ll put you in your neighborhood and we will help you resolve some of the problems you’re protesting about.”
Racist!

Giuliani IS a racist, and I have no patience for your attitude either, nor do I have to.
The time of old white racist men is over. So it clearly pushes you and your ilk out of your comfort zone to see brown people in the streets marching and shouting and demanding their civil rights - too fucking bad, they are being murdered not only by police but by multiple social systems with decades of history of oppressing people of color. It's time to change, it's time to fix that. The world is moving on now, the white man's time of privilege is OVER. Trump is the last best stand of that kind of seriously fucked up thinking and IT WILL NOT STAND. HE WILL NOT WIN. We, the laughable liberals who truly believe in the message of MLK, Jr. - we WILL triumph.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

Your projection leads you to ASSumptions which only prove you to be rather silly.
Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.
As to the choice of 'spokesmodel':
For decades tobacco companies were able to find MDs who disputed that cigarettes caused cancer too.
As to the statement that black lives matter ignores black on black crime, that is a lie by misdirection. It is like saying that somone who is promoting seatbelt use is "ignoring drunk driving".

Thanks for the warning!
