The Things Some Will Do For Love
Pathetic... yet sad. Can his love life be so unfulfilled that he would subject himself to this kind of embarrassment and sickness? This is probably as close to "Broken Heart Syndrome" as one can get without experiencing the fatal cardiomyopathy.
This isn't romance, it's mental illness. I hope he gets some help before meeting another online "soulmate."

But seriously, the guy looks like many an addict I have met over recent years. He may not be doing drugs or drinking, but his health, mental and physical, need attention.
