I eat a balanced diet> I consider it a waste to buy vitamins.
To each his own I guess.

Ask Sam Neill... he'll tell you what you should be eating Strop!

Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?
Re: Breakfast of champions
A packet of Emergen-C™, which is great for fending off colds, and reducing hang-overs. Taking it with a glass of water daily, treats my symptoms of alcoholism and I can still work hard all day.
I also put away a bottle of SmartWater™ every morning as I work, for the hydration and electrolytes.

I always thought the breakfast of champions was warm beer and cold pizza.
I take EmergenC - which not only has C, but also B complex. I take the "joint health" variety, so I get my glucosamine and chondroitin at the same time. SAMe - an amino acid supplement which helps mood and appetite. Occasionally I take a general woman's variety multi-vitamin, but since I eat a balanced diet, I don't worry about whether I take one or not.

I watched that video, but couldn't figure out what the hell that little girl said - even after listening a dozen times.

Tch! I don't know...
Sam Neill says something about 'Homo Habilis' eating red meat and the little smartarse corrects him: "But here it says Homo Rudolfensis". The shot then cuts away just before he beats her to a bloody pulp with the reference book.

Library
This 30 second spot features Sam Neill in a school library.
“When our early ancestors Homo Habilis started to eat red meat our brains began to grow. Today lean red meat is just as important. Its nutrients, Omega 3s, iron, B12 are still essential for brain development. If Homo Habilis hadn’t eaten red meat our brains wouldn’t be the size they are today.”
A girl who has just walked over to the bookcase, and brought back a book, says, “But here it says Homo Rudolfensis.” Neill looks into the camera knowingly and says, “Red meat. We were meant to eat it.” The ad finishes with Neill dancing the mambo with schoolkids on the school steps.
