i actually watched a soccer game....

Post by wesw »

I happened tp flip by and see two teams actually playing hard..., so I stuck around.

it was southhampton against inter-milan....

apparently milan is an elite team....

....but southhampton was just having their way with them, it seemed to me...

it was about the 56:00 minute mark when I stated watching...

the refs were obviously in the tank for milan, they were allowed to tackle guys in the box on numerous corners...

south hapton was down one, but they just plated like men and got twoback real quick and were up one...

then they stayed aggressive and didn t play liked they were scared and they just dominated an obviously good team, and the refs....

"oh, when those saints..."
"oh, when those saints..."

:ok

It's worth pointing out here...

a.) There is only one referee.
b.) Tackling is actually allowed both inside and outside the box.
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

I m sure that you re right about the nomenclature of the officiating crew, but....

these were football tackles, not futbol tackles...

they were wrapping guys up with two arms and taking them to the ground.....

yeah, they were playing like men..., no flopping.

when they fell they had good reason to fall, and then they got right back up instead of rolling around on the ground screaming...

....it was the most unusual soccer game....
