Third Term For President Obama?

Post by dales »

I'd go for it, better than HRC or Trump.

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

In a heartbeat. :ok

As I said before, I ain't in this club.

Obama's seeming pathological revulsion at exerting American leadership internationally has led to a whole series of catastrophes that have imperiled US and allied security, and caused an enormous amount of human suffering. If GWB demonstrated the perils of US overreaction, Barack Obama has been a case study in the horrible costs brought on by US under-reaction...

I believed, (and continue to believe) that at least in this very important regard Hillary Clinton would have been a superior President, and that alone is reason for me to prefer her to Obama.

For me it's the 22nd amendment that makes me not even consider it, as well as the inability of Obama to work with Congress (whatever the reason for this, he has been ineffective here and we need someone to try another way--FWIW, I think Trump will show how you can be ineffective in dealing with members of your own party).

now if we're looking at it from a Trump perspective, and I can ignore the 22nd amendment, an Obama third term does not appear all that bad; hell a W third term (and I have made my views on W abundantly clear on this board) would be preferable (hell digging Nixon up and having a cadaver presidency would be better).

No no no no Yes! Ronny Raygun as an animatron from Disney. Just randomly repeat quotes from his first presidency. Few would be able to distinguish from the reality of his term when he was living.

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
