in meetings from morning til 7 pm the last two days.
non stop candidates and advisors coming and going all day with a half hour break here and there....
he hasn t even taken a break since election day....
impressive. I hope the old fella doesn t work himself to death.
If this is in fact the case, it's probably the hardest this old fart has "worked" since he got someone to ghost-write that book for him.
And the key word here is "seems". Sitting around holding court while your sycophants surround you and kiss your ass, hoping to get some kind of plum position in the Trump administration, is hardly "working". -"BB"-
Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
He's not the one who's acted like a whiny little bitch about this; in fact he reacted with the kind of maturity and class that his boss could really take a lesson from:
Pence: I 'wasn't offended' by Hamilton message
Vice President-elect Mike Pence said Sunday he "wasn't offended" after the cast of the Broadway hit "Hamilton" called for the Indiana governor to uphold the country's values in a personal message after a show.
"I know this is a very disappointing time for people that did not see their candidate win in this national election. I know that this is a very anxious time for some people," Pence said on "Fox News Sunday."
And yet in another demonstration of the imbecility of Trump voters:
Hundreds of angry, and deeply confused Trump supporters, unleashed a vicious Twitter tirade against the Hamilton Theatre Inc., located in Hamilton, Ontario, this weekend.
The Twitter trolls were attempting to vent their rage against the official Hamilton musical account (@HamiltonMusical), but they instead tagged the Hamilton theatre company’s Twitter account (@HamiltonTheatre).
Riane Leonard, a member of the theatre company’s production team, first noticed dozens of twitter notifications on her phone after running the lights for Friday’s performance of The Toxic Avenger.
Leonard, who is tasked with managing the theatre company’s Twitter account, thought: “Oh, this is great! People are tweeting about the show.”
But the first tweet she saw was alarming. “The first one was something like, ‘I’m never supporting Hamilton Theatre again!'”
“They’ve been calling to boycott Hamilton and stage protests but little do they know that they are picking on Hamilton, Ontario’s oldest musical theatre company,” Leonard said.
“None of them have bothered to actually look at our account to see that they are wrong.”
Now we'll just wait for wesw to explain how perfectly logical it was for these idiots to target a theatre hundreds of miles away from where the incident took place, where the production in question was never mounted.
I posted an article here earlier in another thread explaining that while Trump can use Air Force One for official business (and pretty much gets to define anything he does as "official business"--that's nothing new), his family can and will still use Trump's own 757 whenever they want--and the Secret Service will have to ride along AND PAY TRUMP FOR THE PRIVILEGE.
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.
