Name That Movie!
Re: Name That Movie!
Jim--sadly, I know that movie too, as well as the horrid Santa Claus one and (I hate to admit) even saw Surf Nazis in the movies (one of the guys in my office wanted to see it, so a few of us went). Almost as bad as Humanoids from the Deep: I couldn't find a poster but here's the trailer

Name That Movie!
"Humanoids From The Deep"

And gratuitous (((BOOBS))) galore. Hubba hubba!
I'm a true aficionado of these art house films.

Gratuitous nudity and sex? sure. But I don't recall any scene like the one on the poster/video cover you posted.

Maybe you were "otherwise engaged" at the time BigRR.Big RR wrote:Gratuitous nudity and sex? sure. But I don't recall any scene like the one on the poster/video cover you posted.

Re: Name That Movie!
Big RR, it doesn't look to me like anyone else is going to get this one (it's been two days) I think you might as well take it...

Dad, who do you spell frankincense?
I don't know, why? What am I, a dictionary? Ask your mother.
Re: Name That Movie!
I'd say everybody here has seen this movie, but I've been burned making that assumption before...

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Re: Name That Movie!
That "what am I, a dictionary?" is not in the written scripts available on the web and it's not in the movie either.

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Re: Name That Movie!
Meade--perhaps, but see the "Stop it" wave file. Now yes, it was regarding the spelling of hallelujah and didn't go exactly as I quoted, but the line was given in the movie. I'll plead the lateness of the night for not googling the correct quote, but it was apparently enough for you.

Since you tried to look the quote up, I'll credit you with the correct answer (since you obviously knew it)--It's a Wonderful Life
