Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Got the same as BB. I knew 2 (Janus and Auld Lang Syne) but unlike LJ made only 1 successful WAG. I suppose Gob missed the Welsh one

4/7...Janus and Auld Lang Syne were the only ones I knew.
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

Why does everybody sing about it every New Year's Eve?

Re: New Years Quiz
We twa hae run about the braes
And pu'd the gowans fine;
But we've wander'd mony a weary foot
Sin auld lang syne.
We twa hae paidl'd i' the burn,
Frae mornin' sun till dine;
But seas between us braid hae roar'd
Sin auld lang syne.
And there's a hand, my trusty fiere!
And gie's a hand o' thine!
And we'll tak a right guid willy waught,
For auld lang syne.
