Yeah, I certainly remember that one...

That was the year Sue and I and oldr all tied for first place in the final round but somehow Sue got declared the winner...
Get over it, looser! :bw:

I think there should be a Special Select Committee appointed to thoroughly investigate how that happened...

The Plan B Person of the Year Award committee did once consider adding a "Your a Sore Looser" award, which would go to the person who complained the most about past Plan B Person of the Year Award election results.

The motion was dismissed because it was decided there would be no competition involved.

In other news, the Plan B Person of the Year Award committee would like to thank Meade for correcting his nominee picks but we don't have the time.

I would also like to remind all nominees that a potential nominee cannot withdraw from the nomination process and that further disregard of the rules can result in a suspension or termination of all awards received past and present by the offending offender.

You cannot silence dissent, HerrPlanBpanzee. Nor will we allow you to dilute our votes or dismiss our nominees by refusing to count them.

I prefer liverwurst to chopped liver.

It has come to my attention that a protest movement is being excreted by certain members of our membership. I encourage this. It is always healthy for people to let loose their thoughts on what they consider to be obstructive issues of substance.

I assure you that all of your issues and concerns will continue to be considered as such.

After being named Plan B Woman of the Year last year, I'm all set, and I'd like to withdraw my name from nomination. Once is plenty. I can't afford twice
Well in that case I should like to amend my nomination to either BSG or Sue. I decided to toss a coin

I nominated Heads half of the time and Tails the other half.

May I ask the two contenders directly - which of you will withdraw (as Guin has done) if nominated? Then I will nominate the other one.

Well, since Sue said this:
Any vote for me is too many; you may recall I went mad with power after getting too many votes the first (?) year.
And BSG certainly seems keen, 8-) maybe you should go with her...

(I may change my vote for @W to somebody else, as it doesn't seem to have done much to encourage her to return...)

What am I chopped liver? Apparently I haven't got enough mentions yet to matter.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

I was keen to drop out - this contest has less credibility than the Trump transition, and I never win anything anyway so what's the point?

Plus CNN and BuzzFeed have a 35 page dossier on your last "business" trip to Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in San Francisco. The Bridge, apparently, is not the only thing that is "Golden." You're walking on eggshells, buddy boy, eggshells.

Annual Plan B Person of the Year Award - for 2016

This is a reminder that the polls will officially close at

The current standings are as follows:

Chopped Liver - 11 (appeared in posts, not nominated)
wesw - 5
Lord Jim - 4
Gob - 3
Daisy - 3
rubato - 3
Crackpot - 3
Joe Guy - 3
7 people with 2 or 1 - check for yourself if you want names. I'm tired of doing your work for you.

As you can see, the nomination process is going very smoothly despite the griping, complaining, outrage, pouting, nitpicking, demands and protests of various members.

I can't even give my third nomination away, much less sell it (told you it wouldn't work, Joe).

In view of the general repulsiveness of the rest of the field (other than chopped liver), I will throw my hat into Daisy's ring. The tribe has spoken
