Men rescued from cliff bluff in the buff

Two men were rescued early Saturday morning from the cliff below Cliff House. One man was in the water, while his friend was a few feet above clutching to the rock face.
The catch? Both men were naked.
What started as a fun Friday night adventure in the nude quickly devolved into a naked nightmare as the men became stuck on the cliff, pounded by oncoming waves.
Rescuers arrived on the scene promptly and deployed a rope system to pull the men to safety. According to the San Francisco Fire Department, the waters were treacherous and a chilly 50 degrees.
"This is treacherous water to say the least," Frank Cercos of SFFD told NBC after the nighttime rescue. "The cliff face accounts for many rescues over the years. It's not a place where anyone should be attending at night, let alone during the day."
While the bluffs below Cliff House are beautiful, they are best observed from a safe distance – and with clothes on.
