I think you're right Jim.

Soylent Green...It's people.

FWIW, when I saw the movie I didn't understand all the fuss; this was a dystopian future where people were starving, of course you'd have to eat the people. And making it into a palatable cracker made a lot of sense as well--this wasn't Night of the Living Dead. Even the euthanasia scene was understandable--those who chose to shuffle this mortal coil were dispatched happily and with dignity--certainly a lot more dignity that those living in the mean streets had. It was not a society I'd like to live in, but also not a brutal hellhole as the ads made it out to be.

Rayon chafes, you know. Personally, I find it quite abrasive.
This film is chock full of well known actors...

That's wrong and wrong....

I'll add a couple of clues:

It's a black comedy, and even though it's got a number of big-time Hollywood names and well-known character actors in it, (some in big roles some in small) it would probably be considered now to be something of a cult film...

It wasn't a big box office success, but it's movie you may very well have seen in a film class or an AP English course in high school...

It was made before Polyester but it does have something in common with that movie...

I thought you did, the way you seem to have your undies in a bunch so much.
And by the way, congrats on moving up to 'big girl' panties.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

I'm on a French kick...
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Okay, another quote, and two more non-quote clues:
A:An American would despise himself for living off his wife.

B: Yes, but you see, I'm English, and we have none of these prejudices in the older and more developed civilizations.

1.The thing this movie has in common with Polyester, is that there's a well known actor who was in both movies...

2. Another well known celebrity plays a dual role in the flick...
