Tough to say for sure how this will come out, (on the one hand the composition of the panel should favor upholding the stay; on the other hand, the Washington State SG got grilled pretty hard.)

I've been in a meeting since 615 so I missed it. It's so hard to say how the panel is leaning based on argument. Sometimes the judges want to thoroughly test the side they are leaning, so they ask more questions there. And in this case, the issues include standing and the underlying merits, so there is more to be discussed with the Attorney General.
