This, unfortunately, was inevitable. And again, unfortunately, I do not see redemption in Sessions' future.

Lord Dampnut wins another.

Actually, Sessions voted "present" on his nomination roll call...

While I was opposed to his nomination because of the way he was a shameless and uncritical shill for Trump during the campaign (I am opposed to having shameless and uncritical political shills in the post of Attorney General) in all fairness, I have to say that I thought the Democrats did a piss poor job of making a persuasive case that he is some sort of "racist"...

Now he can get busy setting up a federal investigation of Nordstroms...

Well in fairness our Senator Warren attempted to introduce into the record all the evidence that lost him a federal judicial appointment 30 years ago, but those loser spineless GOPers silenced her.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

Whointhehell is "mr schilling" ... if that's even *HIS* real name?

Oh, THAT Schilling ... the washed-up ballplayer.  Why not try to bring Fred Grandy out of retirement while you're at it?  He's also a Republican, has name recognition, and actually has some political experience besides!

And I find it interesting that you're proposing that Drumpff & Company take a page out of the Snottie Wanker playbook.  He and his fellow Repugnicants did the same thing during the recall process following their rape of Wisconsin workers when they passed Wisconsin Act #10 back in 2011.  They found some 'Republicans' who were willing to claim they were Democrats in order to put up a tar-baby candidate, forcing the REAL Democrats to expend time and money to defeat them (and allowed the Repugnicants to strong-arm their supporters and pad their war chest while all this was going on).

No, Drumpff is the one who's going to need good luck, because he sureinhell ain't got good sense.  He's currently 0 for 2 with the courts as far as his "Muslim ban" goes, and the fact that he doesn't know when he's getting his ass handed to him (tweeting that "he'll see them in court" following the decision handed down by the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals) just means that he's stepping up to the plate to take a called strike three.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
