I think you might be reacting a little tiny teeny weenie bit too emotionally to this story (did you catch the teeny weenie pun?).

My problem with this story and many others like it is seeing people seeking and getting compensated for emotional damage. The victim mentality bugs me. That's all. I know that I have no idea what it's like to be gay and perceived as a pervert, that's why I don't have the bias that you do and I don't automatically see an evil guilty flight attendant.
