I'm thinking we can go through a processs similar to what Dan Savage did in coming up with a meaning for "santorum".

Everyone can submit their ideas, then I can create a poll with what I think are the most promising entries. Definitions need not bear any relationship to Lord Dampnut. We can vote (a couple or more rounds if necessary), until we come up with a stellar definition for the twat's latest Twitter bozo eruption.
