Just when I thought I had seen it all...

...along comes a new cosmetic procedure that you have to wonder, who the fuck sat awake at night dreaming this one up?

Introducing scrotox, botox injections into the scrotum to relax and smooth out the skin so that your balls hang lower and look bigger.

Naturally, the first thing I did when I saw this was do an online hoax check...

Apparently, this really is an actual thing... :?

Well, there's all kinds of nut jobs out there I guess...
Personally, I don’t believe in bros before hoes, or hoes before bros. There needs to be a balance. A homie-hoe-stasis, if you will.

That's lipodema which is actually a pretty terrible, painful disease - not so funny.

Looking for a unique gift?  Genuine Kangaroo Scrotum.  Use as a coin bag and key chain.
This pouch is made from the scrotum of the male kangaroo and is said to be very lucky.

I'm glad they specified that...

I certainly wouldn't want a coin purse made out of the scrotum of a female kangaroo...

That's actually a thing, and becoming more common - labiaplasty. I guess some vaginas are really not all that attractive, but still . . . one would hope one's sex partner wouldn't comment on that, anymore than on a small or unattractive penis.
