Interesting if true. Massive Russian wheat exports lead to bread shortages. I guess it beats going to the pawn shop when you're hard up.

Stalin reportedly too ALL of the wheat from Ukraine during WWII. This was a partial cause of many Ukrainians starving to death, including some of Mrs Mc's father's Volga German kin who were never heard from after the war. So is Putin following in Stalin's foot steps?
