Thanksgiving greetings from the Old Line State

Post by Guinevere »

May you all have a lovely relaxing holiday with friends and family and the people that matter. And remember tomorrow - take a hike, get outside, enjoy the sunshine!!

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

LMAO!

Rube manages to vomit his repetitive simple-minded political ax grinding into a thread about wishing people a happy Thanksgiving...

One thing's for certain rube...

Nobody's ever going to call you a bullshit idiot...

You're the real deal... :D

Belated Thanksgiving wishes to you all from Our Nation's Capital, where we celebrated by NOT cooking and cleaning (fancy dinner at a restaurant!) and by visiting some of our cultural treasures (National Gallery East Wing, American History Museum, Freer/Sackler Galleries, Renwick Gallery). Hope you all have had plenty to be thankful for this past year, and had a joyous holiday.
GAH!

It's my favorite holiday. Some work and preparation. Cleaning house, ironing linen, setting the table window cleaning &c. A little miscellaneous straightening and setting up. It's always great fun to have so many friends over to hash over the past year and anticipate the next. I'm happy to host the event and hope to indefinately. C'est bon!

A "fancy dinner at a restaurant"? Was your dinner at the Chevy Chase Club? If so, your meal was prepared by Chef Zack -- my nephew.
