Just a quick update.
Been retired for 3 weeks now, and it just gets better every day.
Currently cleaning, decluttering and decontaminating our house ahead of our move back to Blighty. Given away so much stuff to charities, (400 + books,) it's not true. Amazing what you collect along the way, then just ignore for many years!
Quiet new years for us, then up to Sydney for the final Ashes match on Jan 4th. Furniture cleaners coming on 8/1/18, shippers coming on 10/1/18, flight home booked for 16/1/18.
A mate in the UK is buying a car for me, (with my money,) I hope to be ensconced in our house on the 18/1/18. Dogs coming over on 6/2/18, Hen flying over in April once I've had some building work done.
All go eh?
