8/12 for the number of lies Trump will make this year if he averages exactly one per day. (I'm one of life's optimists. And yes, I am well aware that he is already comfortably over the required pace. I think he's going for the record.)

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

You're the first person to catch that I had neglected to update the year in the link Dale, (which I have now corrected) so...dales wrote:Slate Quiz for 2-16-18 (not 2017 as was posted in the URL)

I'd like to suggest that ex-k Andy please start subtracting a few points from his actual number of correct answers and his score so that the rest of us (me, that is) would feel less stupid.
btw - I forgot my results but I think they were really really good...

Feb 9 = 7 out of 12 right for 308 Mountain Dew bottle caps. (My caffeine delivery source of choice.)
Feb 16 = 10 out of 12 for 440 Mountain Dew bottle caps. My best week as far as I can remember. I would have gotten 11, if I'd remembered one small detail. Still, I beat the Slate staffer for the first time ever.
