WASHINGTON (AP) — The Secret Service says a man shot himself outside the White House, and medical personnel are on the scene.
President Donald Trump is not at the White House — he's in Florida, but is set to return later Saturday.
The agency says in a Twitter post that there are no other reported injuries related to the incident.
The Secret Service tweeted about noon Saturday that personnel are responding and a person "allegedly suffered a self-inflicted gun shot wound along the north fence line" of the White House.

Standing looking at the White House while contemplating who currently lives there, could make anyone want to shoot themselves:

I Can Kind Of Understand This...
His timing was a bit off. He was heard yelling, "after me, Trump is next."

“In a world whose absurdity appears to be so impenetrable, we simply must reach a greater degree of understanding among us, a greater sincerity.”

I’m still betting on the suicide stats for the first year under Trump showing a big jump . . . no pun intended.
Here’s the link to all the important stats on suicide in the US, by the way: http://www.suicidology.org/resources/facts-statistics
(Note that the mountain west has a higher rate of suicide than the rest of the country, by a very significant factor. One of the creepier aspects of my job was receiving copies of coroner’s reports every time somebody in our county died; I was struck by the regular occurrence of suicide, including many nonresidents who came to our mountains to blow their brains out. There is university research being done on the suicide belt phenomenon of the mountain west states; the hypothesis is that living at altitude in a chronically hypoxic state is a factor.)

For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

What you said is funny until you think about it.RayThom wrote:His timing was a bit off. He was heard yelling, "after me, Trump is next."
If that is fact what he said which I doubt, it means that someone else will kill trump. This guy killed himself as a protest.
Soon, I’ll post my farewell message. The end is starting to get close. There are many misconceptions about me, and before I go, to live with my ancestors on the steppes, I want to set the record straight.

First, he yelled "No more damn tweets!" Then he pointed at the book and said, "What the f?"(CNN)A law enforcement source told CNN the shooter shot his phone before shooting himself.
No suicide note was found, but incoherent sentences were found in a book recovered on the scene, the source said.
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
