These are 'vanity press'/print-on-demand publications, correct? Which means the only way I'd be able to read one of these — assuming I'd want to — would be to either pony up the money to have a copy custom-printed for myself, or find someone else who already did? -"BB"-

Yeah, it's a funny thing about authors, musicians, artists etc. They have this penchant for getting royalties or portions of the money that people pay intermediaries for their product.
