I haven't seen this movie but the title's become obvious from the clues.

If no one takes it by tonight I'll step in.

...but suspecting knowing that Ray's mind is a devious place, it just might be this one:

Oh, hell...I guess I gotta do this, now...
  • I was just looking at the moon. It's always so weird seeing it like that in the daylight.
      • Like God made a mistake. Left the hall lights on.

God doesn't make mistakes. That's... somewhat key to the whole "being a god" thing.

      • Pretty sure he does.

You know he's listening right now, don't you?

Quite recent. Saw it on an airplane a few weeks ago.

It wasn't ringing any bells, so I looked it up...

Too recent for me to have seen it, (If it's not a kiddie movie or big budget sci-fi or super hero action adventure flick I don't make it out to the movie theater much) but it definitely looks like my kind of flick, so I've put it on my watch list...

Thanks for posting it Econo...

I imagine it is out already for download; I am pretty sure I saw it on cable--I know it wasn't in the movies.

I kept putting it off, so ended up seeing it at the discount older theater, where the screen quality and sound system wasn’t as great - but I’m still glad I saw it at the theater because the visuals are so fantastic. LJ, I hope you have a big TV and nice surround sound to get the best home viewing experience.

I thought it was a great movie and it stuck with me for days; one of my grad school friends strongly suggested I read the book as he couldn’t imagine any movie could capture the fullness of it. It’s on my list.

Those are my clues. ;)

No I had to look up the quotes. Also I struggle to think of new entries to this game, as most of what I watch these days falls into the obscure indie movie category.

Obviously, you failed to take my comment seriously.

No, I knew the movie, but not the title--and the title is the objective of the game. Ray can answer (since he thinks he knows).

No, I can't do that. LJ has totally demoralized me. I'm broken. This game has lost all meaning.

LJ only has the power over you that you give to him--tell him "be gone before someone drops a house on you" and give the answer.

As much as I'd like to get this over with, I have to point out that Ray is ineligible because he had the last turn.

In keeping with the theme of the day...this could, arguably, be called a horror movie. Surely someone has seen this and remembers the title? Sheesh.

Here's a continuation of my first quote:
    • You take a cell, circumvent the Hayflick limit, you can prevent senescence.
I was about to make the exact same point.

    • It means the cell doesn't grow old, it becomes immortal. Keeps dividing, doesn't die. They say aging is a natural process, but it's actually a fault in our genes.
I get really turned on when you patronize me. It's really hot.

The title is one word: if I left just one more word at the end of the following quote, that would give it away.
  • I don't know what it wants, or if it wants, but it'll grow until it encompasses everything. Our bodies and our minds will be fragmented into their smallest parts until not one part remains...
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.
