It is a remake of the Willie Horton ad. Its message is to be very afraid of the brown skinned violent criminal who is crossing our borders to rape our white women and sell killer drugs to our innocent children.

Yes, it's aimed at evil illegal aliens crossing the Mexican border. But how is it racist? The "Willie Horton ad" was racist because it was demonizing African-Americans.

I was hoping for a real blue wave, but things look a lot less promising than I’d hoped.

It would really make me happy if Beto O’Rourke kicked Ted sniveling Cruz outta the Senate - that would go a long way toward keeping me from despair.

The Dems taking control of the Senate was always a big long shot...

I'll be very happy with tonight's results if the projections hold up for House control; that will mean serious, subpoena power fueled investigations, public hearings, and a real check on Trump...

Disappointing. Looks as if the House will be easily Democratic but Republicans will increase their majority in the Senate. Strong possibility of yet another SCOTUS seat for Trump. If you are that way inclined, please pray for RBG's health.

I knew it was a real long shot on the Senate, but I’m sad to see a decent human being like Beto go home while a spineless weasel like Cruz cashes in for 6 more years.
