Do you care to know the difference, wes?
Huge numbers of people who voted Liberal in the last election are disappointed enough to see a Prime Minister trying to influence the Attorney General to intervene in a judicial proceeding, that his support has plummeted enough that it is all but certain the government will be defeated this fall absent a leadership change.
Compare that to the Trump White House, where prosecutors, judges and witnesses are openly threatened with reprisals, over and over again, for simply attempting to do their jobs, and somehow 40% of the electorate simply does not give a shit and will vote for the clown again regardless.
In your case, wes, and in so many others like you, it has become clear that there is absolutely nothing Trump could do, no matter how evil or corrupt, that would deter you from voting for him again.
We hold our politicians to a higher standard up here, and I for one thank Dog for that.

Death to Canada. If the Amerindians up there would go to war against Canada I support them in an effort to regain their lost lands, but I wouldn’t want those green leaf turds down here. Surely there is deserted island they can be deported to. (I know it is preposition but I don’t give a damn.)
Soon, I’ll post my farewell message. The end is starting to get close. There are many misconceptions about me, and before I go, to live with my ancestors on the steppes, I want to set the record straight.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
Re: canada is the new america.....
not me brother. I think that americans should fight and die, if necessary, in defense of Canadian liberty, as we would our own.
mr liberty is not some one whom I agree with on, well, almost anything.
I don t know why that he hates Canada...., maybe he has a screw loose......
my welding shield (miller elite) is even emblazoned with graphics of the Canadian maple leaf.
some canuck ordered it and then moved back to Canada before paying, so I got a bargain...., only 278.00 US.......
of course I put a US flag sticker on it too, but I love me some Canada....... always have....
I think we should be more serious in establishing the Canadian arctic lands as undoubted possessions of Canada.
fuck Russia, if they don t like it, they got plenty of fucking arctic of their own......

Re: canada is the new america.....
There is no dispute over the land; everyone recognizes that the Arctic islands are part of Canada, and except for Denmark's claim to Hans Island, neither Russia nor other country has ever claimed any of them as their own.
Nor is there any conflict between Canadian and Russian claims to an extended continental shelf in the Arctic Ocean.
It is the waterways passing between all of the islands whose status is disputed. Are they internal waters, as Canada claims, whose regulation and use are in Canada's jurisdiction, solely? The Convention on the Law of the Sea would appear to say they are neither, by creating different rules for the waters of an archipelago, which the Arctic certainly is.
It is doubtful that the U.S. will ever be a champion for Canadian sovereignty over those waters, because the U.S. remains the only country in the world that sent vessels in those waters while openly refusing to comply with both the Convention and Canadian law as it would apply to territorial waters. Somebody needs to decide if assuring a right to passage, that would never have been denied to the U.S. in any case, is worth the prospect of seeing a Chinese or Russian fleet using it.

Re: canada is the new america.....
NOW I'm beginning to see where liberty is getting his 'Arctic War' ideas from.
I guess he's figuring that if the Northwest Passage is opened to international navigation (in much the same way the waters around the Solomon Island or the Philippines or the islands off Tierra del Fuego are open) those war-mongering Rooskies will send an invasion fleet comprised of their huge standing armies up to the 70th parallel and launch a massive D-day-style amphibious invasion — «Да, Товарищ! Хит п⃥л⃥я⃥ж⃥- сугробы!» ("Da, Tovarisch! Hit the b⃥e⃥a⃥c⃥ - snowbanks!!") — on the unsuspecting and lightly-defended (and BTW — you KNOW there are reasons why they're lightly defended, not the least of which is the weather and climate, right?) Northern Territories and Nunavut and then fight their way south.
Even J.R.R. Tolkien, Stephen King, Clive Cussler, Tom Clancy, Terry Pratchett, and George R.R. Martin combined couldn't write fiction that far-fetched.

Canada is soo special. They have this soo special bacon that liberals love. It is the special feed that is fed to the hogs that makes the bacon soo special. It is just corn and ground prostitutes, but it is what makes Canada soo special.
