Never underestimate the stupidity of the average survey responder.

ETA: Then again, the US has been pretty silly over the years--remember trying to change the name of French Fries to Freedom Fries after the 9/11 attack? Or changing sauerkraut to liberty cabbage or german shepherds to police dogs during WW2? Didn't they also try to ban clocks with Roman numerals during WW2?
