Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

How does one carry this family pack out of the store -- with a forklift?

Carrying it out might be manageable with two able bodied persons - but consider how many cars this package won’t fit inside without being broken open.

It’s a cute concept but not terribly sensible - they’ve limited their market considerably.

Exactly, here in the homeland for the craft beer movement, the number one selling beer is PBR. Even though it is a mass produced beer, it is not considered an establishment beer like Bud or Miller, so the kids load up on it. Apparently, the volume discounts don't hurt sales, but that is almost $10 of can return deposits in every box.

Only for about a decade of my life, as a student myself (5 years, two bachelor’s and a minor) then as a graduate TA (2.5 years) then as an adjunct faculty (3 years). I know college students, and I know most are underage and trying to sneak something like that into a dorm or frat house would be a bit of a stretch - no pun intended.

One of those will weigh a shade over 80 pounds. They were available only in Quebec for the last couple of years but this year you can get them in the US. $59.99 a pack so about $0.61 a can. That's cheaper than my Trader Joe's Pilsner ($0.67 a can) so it looks as if my budding career as a social media influencer has hit a wall. Off to drown my sorrows in TJ's sparkling Pinot Grigio at $6.99 per 750 mL. Very drinkable.

I think Wayne Gretsky has copyright on #99 in Canada so I expect he gets a cut.

If one of those cans should happen to fall, then what happens?

If that one [can] should happen to fall, what a waste of alcohol!

I understand it's the #2 tourist attraction in Portland.
