No, I don't think anyone (sane) would attempt spread COVID-19 "to get rid of Trump". You're still not making sense.

Some conspiracy theories are so ridiculous and outrageous on their face that they're not worth the time or effort to debunk them...
This would be one of them...
The patent absurdity of the vile charge makes it logically self-falsifying all on its own...

Re: Coronavirus
You make the most stupid assertions Lib. Name me one Democrat who wants to kill millions to get rid of Trump.
If we are talking actual facts, I don't believe for a second that Trump wants to kill millions to further his own agenda. But there is no doubt that Trump's actions - or inactions - will lead to thousands of deaths - indeed have already - because he refused to take it seriously from the beginning. It's manslaughter rather than murder if you want an analogy.
Did Trump create the virus? Of course not and no-one says he did. But his leadership - or rather lack of leadership - from the beginning has contributed to its spread and the deaths of many. That is a fact.
Forcing GM to make ventilators is nonsensical. Tell them to get their asses over to James Dyson's vacuum cleaner factory and copy his design - which I am sure he would give away for nothing. Dyson knows air handling. Maybe CPAP (sleep apnea) machines can be converted - I don't know.
Re: Coronavirus
I think BiPAP is more appropriately used than CPAP for patients who need assistance breathing - but, both are very suboptimal for this application because the way the machines work on expiration would dangerously aerosolize the virus into the area surrounding the patient and leave medical personnel at even greater risk.

I have to assume when people hate with such intensity they are capable of anything. And it is my opinion that hate makes people crazy.
I expected to be placed in an air force combat position such as security police, forward air control, pararescue or E.O.D. I would have liked dog handler. I had heard about the dog Nemo and was highly impressed. “SFB” is sad I didn’t end up in E.O.D.
Re: Coronavirus
It does seem absurd that a political party would attempt to exterminate an entire group or tribe of people, but I think it has happened a couple of times in recent history. Or maybe it is just a conspiracy theory, but I doubt it.

Re: Coronavirus
Liberty, you seem to understand that the only reason for desiring anyone but Trump for president is hatred for the man.
Way off base for anyone I have observed posting in this BB. I will agree that there has been lots of posts, (even my own) that have expressed a violation of the great commandment to love everyone. That's ok, because some days I don't love me. But that is not hatred.
snailgate.

The specific Democrats I was thinking of are the ANTIFA types they have a history of violence. They probably think the country would be a better place after the old white racist die off. And they just want to help the process along. Hey, I know those old white democrats would die too, but it like the left likes to say, “ you can’t make an omelet without breaking some eggs”.ex-khobar Andy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 27, 2020 11:54 pmYou make the most stupid assertions Lib. 1). How many people have Antifa killed?
2). How many people have the fascists or rightwingers killed in the past 20 years? I understand those two are not synonymous. Clues: World Trade Centers, OKC, Oslo and Utøya (Norway), Christchurch, Pulse NIghtclub - I could go on but I suspect that's enough for now.

Coming up on 36 hours of bad headache, digestive upset/lack of appetite, dry throat. Temperature elevated from my normal, but not yet exceeding 100 degrees.
My client has hand/foot/mouth, so I am really hoping it is just that I’ve contracted that, despite wearing gloves at his home and keeping my distance from him as much as possible the last couple of weeks.
I admit to being really scared, which probably fuels the symptoms.
Maybe you’ll get rid of me after all.

No such luck. Heaven can't take you, and the devil is afraid you'd move down there and take over.
By the way, welcome back. We all knew you couldn't stay away for long.

Re: Coronavirus
Lib, I'm pretty sure I know a lot more Democrats than you do and I don't know anyone who would kill millions of people, or even one person, to get rid of Trump. (The first, most obvious problem with any such plan is that in order to infect others you'd have to infect yourself first, and thus you and everyone close to you would likely be among the first to die, rendering your side incapable of voting against Trump. Just sayin'...)
On the other hand, there seem to be an appreciable number of Republicans who are ready to sacrifice millions of lives, just for the sake of the stock market. There also seem to be a surprising number of Republicans who—having noticed that Democrats have been talking up the danger of the pandemic while Trump and the right-wing media are talking down the danger—are willing to take bigger risks just because they want Trump, Limbaugh, Hannity, et al to be proven right and Democrats to be proven wrong.

Re: Coronavirus
One problem with this COVID-19 pandemic is that it's causing everyone to fear the worst when they have any symptoms. Since COVID attacks the lungs, you should call a doctor if you develop shortness of breath or a dry cough.
Other than that, I'm sending good vibes your way and hoping that you've got some other disgusting disease....

Please be careful; I pray that nothing will happen to you. Don’t relax your precautions. Wear gloves, glasses, safety glasses if you have them, and a mask. If you don’t have a mask, wear a cloth and around your mouth and nose. Anything thing is better than nothing but never think it is enough. And Just please be as careful as you can be.
My safety routine has gone from normal flu season precautions to paranoid. I have gone from just washing my hands twice and then my face to removing my shoes at the front door and spraying the soles. I take off my work clothes and put them in a large plastic bag. The problem is I can come and go several times a day. We are not using the front room that is where I keep work clothes before I put them in the bag. When I go out I wear a dust mask, gloves and goggles and stay as far from people as I can. And I stay away from wife as much as I can. Wear a cloth around my face when I have to be near her or cook.
I have asked her if I should quit my job she doesn’t want me too quit. I asked her if I should move to the other house she doesn’t want me to do that either. If I get sick I will move at the first signs. She will just have to get by without me.

Re: Coronavirus
I have really done the best I can to stay home except my shifts with this client, but I had to get groceries for him the last two weeks and my last grocery store visit a stupid woman walked up behind me as I was closing the refrigerator door to the dairy case and basically breathed right into my face as she said, ‘right behind you!’ I wanted to punch her; I’d managed through careful maneuvering to stay 3-6 feet from everyone as I navigated a very busy store, but she essentially ambushed me from behind with no regard for social distancing directives - another idiot too stupid to grasp that the air you breathe expels 2-3 feet in front of your mouth and sprays microscopic droplets of spew all over everyone in the vicinity, loaded with whatever virus your body is shedding.
That was 7 days ago. We have rapidly rising numbers of covid positives in my community. FUCK.

This story lifted my spirits today:
I wonder if the nephew’s quote is an intentional or accidental Jane Eyre reference?3 hr 2 min ago
A 102-year-old Italian woman has recovered from coronavirus
From CNN's Livia Borghese in Rome
Italica Grondona
A 102-year-old woman has recovered from coronavirus in the northern Italian city of Genoa after spending more than 20 days in hospital, doctors who treated her and her nephew told CNN.
"We nicknamed her 'Highlander' – the immortal," said doctor Vera Sicbaldi, who treated Italica Grondona in the San Martino hospital in Genoa.
"Italica represents a hope for all the elderly facing this pandemic."
The average age of those who have tested positive for coronavirus and subsequently died in Italy is 78, according to the country's National Health Institute.
Grondona was hospitalized at the beginning of March for "mild heart failure," Sicbaldi told CNN.
"She only had some mild coronavirus symptoms, so we tested her and she was positive, but we did very little, she recovered on her own," Sicbaldi added.
Doctors say her case impressed them so much that they decided to study it deeper.
"We got serological samples, she is the first patient we know that might have gone through the ‘Spanish flu’ since she was born in 1917," Sicbaldi explained, referring to the 1918/1919 flu pandemic that killed at least 50 million people worldwide, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Grondona left hospital on March 26 and is now in a care home. "I don’t know what her secret is, but I know she is a free and independent woman," her nephew Renato Villa Grondona told CNN.
Her only son died in the US decades ago. "But she loves life, dancing and music, she loves Freddy Mercury and Valentino Rossi," Villa Grondona said, referring to the multiple MotoGP World champion.
"The virus surrendered in front of her."

A theme park is being used as a drive-through coronavirus testing facility for frontline NHS workers.
Thousands of doctors and nurses are being tested at Chessington World of Adventures in Surrey, where a facility has been set up in the car park.
Six lanes have been set up at the children’s entertainment park for health workers to drive in to from the main road.
It is understood Chessington is one of a number of new sites preparing to take samples from NHS workers, allowing those who test negative to return to work.
A source told The Sun: ‘This is what the public, the experts and the medics have been crying out for in the past few weeks.
‘Testing is so important and, if this helps the heroes on the frontline do their jobs, it could be a massive game-changer.’
“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.”
