I don't think the SC decision applies to puppies; you can kick as many of them as you want with no legal repercussions. Just make sure you trip all the toddlers—white, black, brown, red, and yellow—and you'll be constitutionally correct.

It is not unconstitutional to fire someone for being a democrat communist. Back in the 1980s or 1990s, the USSC ruled that political discrimination was constitutional.
I expected to be placed in an air force combat position such as security police, forward air control, pararescue or E.O.D. I would have liked dog handler. I had heard about the dog Nemo and was highly impressed. “SFB” is sad I didn’t end up in E.O.D.

It is not "unconstitutional" to fire someone for any reason, because the rules governing when it is unlawful to fire someone are set out in the Civil Rights Act of 1964, not in the Constitution. Is the village idiot such a moron that he really doesn't know that the Constitution restricts only the conduct of government, and not of private sector employers?
