From my checking, I don't thin this is supposed to be that Tina Louise, but an Australian model that goes by that name as well.

FWIW, I don't see any resemblance to the GI Tina Lousie; she reminds me more of Tahnee Welch (Raquel's daughter) in her younger days (granted she was not a redhead; but there are hair dyes).

The GI Tina Louise is in her 80s, which should of itself have excluded the possibility that this is her.
