According to a news report released on Christmas Day, the Hasbro Corporation (makers of toys and games) has announced a sudden shortage of Monopoly games. The announcement went on to state that this was due to President Trump appropriating all the "Get Out Of Jail Free" cards.
Hasbro did state that printing presses were running continuously, however, and that they expected to be able to have sufficient quantities of games back in stock by the end of January, following the inauguration of president-elect Joseph Biden. -"BB"-
