Doesn't this guy have the right to be on the road with his vehicle of choice like Steve in the staged video?

Florida men aren't the only ones who do stupid stuff. I know of a raging alcoholic who lost his license many years ago after several DUIs. He even spent a year as a guest of the county sheriff. Did it teach him anything? Nope. A couple of months ago he was arrested while RIDING A LAWNMOWER home from the American Legion Post. I guess he got there the same way, only sober. It's right at a mile from his house down a very busy two lane highway.
