Are they still blocking the passage from Montana into Canada? Some mighty pissed off and confused Montanans if they are - which is worse a vaccine mandate or idiots slowing commerce on the northern border?

RCMP have warned that they will be taking enforcement measures, I can't find anything about what may have been done so far.

And after the horns of the protesters had been blaring incessantly for days on end, they suddenly fell silent.

I'm not a Republican nor a conservative, but I find myself frequently making common causes with them. When it comes to freedom, law and order, and National Defense, they're almost always right, and liberals are frequently wrong. But on this COVID mandate, they are backing the wrong horse. There are times when any country, culture or society has to work together, such as in wars or national emergencies. When you have every individual deciding for himself whether a war is just or a national emergency is real, the result will be chaos, and you can't get anything done like that. So even though I admire the Canadian trucker's enthusiasm for freedom, I think they're wrong.
I expected to be placed in an air force combat position such as security police, forward air control, pararescue or E.O.D. I would have liked dog handler. I had heard about the dog Nemo and was highly impressed. “SFB” is sad I didn’t end up in E.O.D.

Well they’ve just shuttered 3 Toyota auto plants in Canada and put 8000+ people out of work; hope they’re happy! Fucking assholes.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
