I give up! Fine. This thread is Not going as fast as I had hoped. Even with google.
I really just wanted people to be able to share some of their favorite music. Fuck me pink!
I'll decide when it's time to move on to the next Tune.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Keeping with the snot theme...
A hippy classic!
"Oh the snot has caked against my pants.
It has turned into crystal."

And her contribution...modern country:
I'm goin' home, gonna load my shotgun
Wait by the door and light a cigarette
If he wants a fight, well now he's got one
And he ain't seen me crazy yet
He slapped my face and he shook me like a rag doll
Don't that sound like a real man?
I'm gonna show him what little girls are made of

Not really au fait with modern country Jarl...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

One-hit wonder...my friend has it on a CD called "Pickin' On Country".
OK, take two:
I've got a secret
I've been hiding
Under my skin!
My heart is human
My blood is boiling
My brain IBM!

I've been pondering this one Jarl. I think it may be Queen but I'm not a fan so don't know the name of the song.

Me? Wot? Oh Sh!t...
Wake up to find out
that you are the eyes of the world
but the heart has its beaches
its homeland and thoughts of its own
Wake now, discover that you
are the song that the morning brings
but the heart has its seasons
its evenings and songs of its own

Time for a hint? Okay...
This is from a long standing Classic Rock band of the 60's that kept on
truckin' on through the 90's, till they went a
touch of gray.
