I know how to Make America Great Again--at least a first step. Everybody in this picture go live at a golf course in Scotland (sorry Gob) or move to a hunting lodge in Eastern Europe, or even Russia.

Although I have to admit if I’d known there were green and yellow options for the cap I might have been enticed.
