Should I Try E Cigs ?

I know this might be off topic, but I am wondering if anybody in this community has experiance with e-cigarettes?

I've been planning to give up smoking for several years and have attempted everything from the patch to drugs. I am desparate, I have cancer and I don't feel like getting scammed or tricked into trying somthing even worse. E-cigarettes look like an appealing approach to stop smoking cigarettes, but would they work? And how do I know which one to buy, most seem to be big money and I can not just afford to throw money away. I have treatments to pay for.

If anyone has any experiance with this I'd really apreciate some advice.

Because this looks like this is not Spam (sorry but we're suffering from spam shock) because aside from coming out of the blue it has no "spam hallmarks".

Personally I quit Cold Turkey and few others here have used Chantix with some success.

I may be wrong but aren't e cigarettes still a nicotine delivery system? if that's the case they won't really help you quit.

Try Champix instead.

It will get you off your need for any nicotine replacement.

Champix is a medicine to stop adults smoking.

Champix works by blocking the effects of nicotine on your body.

Well, I will advise all to get on to Champix (or your countries version of Champix) immediately.

It beats a nicotine replacement hands down and gets your off teh crappy cycle of needing nicotine in the first place.

I hope your cancer gets better Jonathan, even if it is only in your mind.

From reading Hens Champix links it sounds like Champix = Chantix here in the states. I've been on Chantix for 2 months and so far so good. Even when uyou have a cigarette, it does nothing for you. No taste, no nothing.
