i don t really care for rudy, but he deserves a trial, as does alex jones and trump, in NY
While you slept . . . .
In 2022, for Jones's defamatory falsehoods about the Sandy Hook shooting, juries in Connecticut and Texas awarded a total of $1.487 billion in damages from Jones to a first responder and families of victims; the plaintiffs alleged that Jones's lies led to them being threatened and harassed for years. On December 2, 2022, Jones filed for personal bankruptcy

jones did not have a trial

the judge deemed that jones did not meet his discovery requirements and summarily judged against him if i recall correctly, same as rudy, i think

trump was also deemed guilty without trial in NY

his "trial was only regarding damages

Jones ficked around and found out. He lost his right to trial for refusing to act in good faith.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

The same thing happened with Rudy; they just delayed and refused to turn over the evidence requested in discovery, And Rudy suffered the consequences of his own (in)action; consequences that, as a lawyer, he full well knew were coming. He had his trial, and I imagine the Appeals court will uphold the judgment.
