There is nothing wrong with this if it's what the state of Florida wants to do. They have a right to cooperate with the federal government if they want to after all they both governments share the same interests that is to protect their citizens.

I expected to be placed in an air force combat position such as security police, forward air control, pararescue or E.O.D. I would have liked dog handler. I had heard about the dog Nemo and was highly impressed. “SFB” is sad I didn’t end up in E.O.D.

If the state of Florida judges its own employees to be so grossly incompetent that they need the help of the feds to do their jobs, then who is anyone to argue the point?
