The best display I ever saw was on this occasion, in this place, in 1976. My son, who was born in 1982, does not remember.

Amnesia is a terrible thing...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

And so we celebrated, all weekend long!

I was clean out of solemn shews this year; had to compensate with bigger guns.

I just hope that during all of the celebrations you each gave a thought to the brave men who made it possible for you to be celebrating. the 4th of July.

I speak, of course, of Will Smith, Jeff Goldblum and Randy Quaid (RIP). :ok

Anyone remember Crispus Attucks?

Black man shot by the British in Boston at the so-called "Boston Massacre."

Those British were defended by one John Adams, of my quote above, who got them acquitted of the murder charges (I believe they were convicted on lesser charges).
