Hair raising!

Post by Gob »

Ok, yesterday I re-watched for the umpteenth time, "The Wickerman."

Something that stuck me as highly funny, this time around, was Christopher Lee's hair dos.

Scary clip below, spoilers.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to find a hair do from the 60's or 70's to top that one. They must be genuine "trendy" styles of the day, and not comedy ones.

Anyone mentioning the Nic Cage remake abortion of the Wickerman will be set on fire.

The flips worn by Marlo Thomas and Mary Tyler Moore aren't so bad, but those beehives on Dusty Springfield and the Ronnettes

I'm not going to post a link but I saw an old photograph of a Llanelli footy team with some very 'interesting' hairstyles recently on a website not entirely unassociated with this one...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Don't listen to a lot of radio; not allowed at work. As are i-tunes or boom-boxes, of any sort.

What does this have to do with anything?

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
