We're in Cornwall at present, had a great nitght out last night at the First and Last Inn. Some friends are with us here and we're getting a party going tonight, a mix of Welsh, Irish, English and Cornish mates, should be a hoot!

Have a great new year folks, hope 2012 will be kind to us all!

Blwyddyn newydd dda i chi gyd :D

I am a teeny bit fragile this morning - so not the plan for today  We were both tucked up snug in our pj's watching Paul at 9pm last night when there was a knock at the door and our nextdoor neighbours were there insisting we popped round for a drink they wouldn't take no for an answer so we agreed to go round for 30 mins and 1 thats ONE drink .... so it came as something of a shock to find myself out in the street at midnight watching the fireworks with a glass of home made limoncello in one hand and a glass of champagne in the other   got home around 1am to find that someone had replaced my house with a boat which was going upppppp and dowwwwn round and round whilst we were out  so it was 3am before I crawled into bed.

We're going to be here: http://www.ospreysrugby.com/news/6128.php this afternoon/evening for the annual family derby game - should be a cracker.
Gavin Henson will run out at the Liberty Stadium for the first time in almost three years this weekend after being named at fullback in the Cardiff Blues team for the New Year's Day derby match that kicks off at 6.30pm.
If you can keep your head while those around you are losing theirs, you may have misjudged the situation.

As far as 'nitghts' out go, last night was a corker.

Great pub, great friends, great band (well, good enough to get the Cornish dancing), great times.

I am so glad I wasnt in the boat you found yourself in RB.

:D

Built a fire outside and let the grand kids shoot roman candles and sparklers.

All were in bed before midnight...

I guess I have officially become an Old Fart. For the first time ever, I was in bed and asleep before midnight on New Year's Eve. (Well, the reason for this was that I had been working so late during the previous week, including a couple of all-nighters, so I doubt if this will become a regular habit in subsequent years. Sometimes ya just gotta get yer sleep whenever ya gets the chance...)

Happy 2012 to all. So far, so good.

Happy new year to all. I stayed up until around 2am for no really good reason enjoying a few cold beers. 2012, so far so good.
I expect to go straight to hell...........at least I won't have to spend time making new friends.
