Re: Proof of Citizenship
I 'accused' you of what I 'accused' you of and nothing else you might wish.
Only know this.
*I* didnt file the complaint. so bark up some other tree.
I only noticed (a long time ago in fact) that your activities were quite unusual for your age. I did state it would explain why you act as if in Jr high. I was right. IT was the work of others that thought they are more than unusual. Your enemy, is therefore you.
You might think this is a nice anonymous way of spreading your assholitry around the world. guess what it aint. I hide or attempt to hide nothing because:
a) it is futile, anyone connected to the govt or law enforcement can in a few keystrokes determine who any internet asshole is
b) I have never done or said anything in the internet world or real world I can be held liable for
you on the other hand, pissed that one away a long time ago and are too stupid to realize how or when. for that, I am thankful.
As I said, you *really* should be preparing for something else.

Re: Proof of Citizenship
yeah but in what years. HAVA was passed in 2002 (to be fair in my original post I referred to it as 'some point after 9/11' not having the exact date at my fingertips)keld feldspar wrote:Hmmm, so someone could go to MD, VT, & MA provide an address in any and all voting districts and vote in every district (not to be confused with every precinct in every district although I guess if one provided a new address every time)?Guinevere wrote:I've been a registered voter in Maryland, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Interesting...
No one has asked california registrars for example if they do similar verification.
Re: Proof of Citizenship
Here are excerpts from what you wrote that I printed and saved - "I am allowed to use protective services and/or TIGTA to get after you as a cyber stalker."quaddriver wrote:I made no such claim. what I did claim was covered in depth at the CSB and this will be restored as well.Is it with the forgery complaint you made at work that you promised to cut & paste for us to read?
"Who here wants to see "Mr Guy" sweat one out" I think I have more than enough written evidence to press a little fraud:..."
"by forging that 'email', some may argue you committed a felony - forging communications in order to influence the action of an employee is a clear violation. Just to be safe, I coped [sic] the posting you made and sent it to me at work, and then to TIGTA. From my work computer. where I have a direct desktop link."
You later wrote that you would post the results of your report within a couple of days. Unfortunately, I didn't print that post, but anyone who participated in the thread probably remembers you writing that.
Then you went on to advise Gwen that she would be contacted for my IP and you had put her email in your report.
btw - I saved the link to the CSB registration thread [http://www.cybersoapbox.com/SMF/index.p ... c=15884.60] but of course it is dead now. Maybe you could help Garaelb out by giving it to him. Then again, it will prove you wrong, so you're probably hoping he won't get back to you [or he already did but you're too embarrassed to show it].
Yet another load of BS from quad.quaddriver wrote:Old texts from car talk are no longer accesible. but harry is. As are any findings he made which would have been presented where they were to be presented. You *really* should be preparing for something else. And you really should not use the web when logged into your machine as an admin. You give up way way too much.
It appears to be an unlimited load.
Care to share what "findings" Harry made? Do you really think Harry would be so stupid as to risk losing his job by hacking into someone's computer?
Keep digging that hole, quad. You are very odd but still entertaining.

Re: Proof of Citizenship
I have been a registered voter in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have never been asked for ID to vote (although my Pennsylvania registration was 25-30 years ago). I simply sign in, the polling station staff checks my name against the list, then I go into the booth. I had to change my registration a few years ago when I moved and was not asked for any ID at that time, either. I just filled out a post card and sent it in to the county office.
GAH!

I gotta ask, am I the only one that has to show proof that I am who I say I am and then sign in before I am able to vote?
Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

I swear there was one duck season that I took a plunge very time we went.
Even here in LA (Lower Arkansas) the water gets cold during that time of year...

Can you rewrite that in english?quaddriver wrote:I 'accused' you of what I 'accused' you of and nothing else you might wish.
So you finally admit that you lied when you said you filed the complaint.quaddriver wrote:*I* didnt file the complaint. so bark up some other tree.
I never expected an admission. Maybe there is a little hope that the truth might slip out from you sometimes.
Another warning from the quad.quaddriver wrote: a) it is futile, anyone connected to the govt or law enforcement can in a few keystrokes determine who any internet asshole is

A pathetic and lame attempt to convince others that he knows something we don't. All quad knows but can't seem to understand is that it is obvious to anyone that is paying attention that he is lying again.
Re: Proof of Citizenship
I believe they eliminated those poll tests Dale....Can you walk and chew gum at the same time?
People who can't walk and chew gum at the same time have been allowed to vote for many years now....
I think that's pretty obvious....

Re: Proof of Citizenship
What Quad appears to be hinting at based on the quotes of his remarks that I've seen, is that he somehow used access he claims to have as a government employee to some sort of data base to dig up accusations and complaints filed against Joe made by others. (That explains why he puts "I" in quotation marks; he's implying somebody else has been filing some kind of complaints against Joe and he has been reading them)

Re: Proof of Citizenship
And I am allowed to use FPS or Tigta. and I did. And Gwen complied 100% with everything she was asked to do. and I did report the findings that I had. If you recall, they called you a nobody. I had stated I would paste something else, which was covered twice. When the request is shown, so will my response be.
and harry does/did not have to hack into your computer. He is a cop. He simply asked a few questions. and he is (relatively) low level LE.

Re: Proof of Citizenship
It has always been much too easy to register to vote, in my opinion. I guess our government doesn't see it as much of a threat.Sue U wrote:I have been a registered voter in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have never been asked for ID to vote (although my Pennsylvania registration was 25-30 years ago). Unless a discovery is made that there are millions of illegally registered voters, the government is not likely to change the process.
Re: Proof of Citizenship
I didn't say that, since I've only tried to vote at the appropriate polling location for my address. But where I voted, not ID required. I'm not even sure there was ID required to register to vote -- but I'm not 100% sure. In MA I think I got my library card and registered to vote (with the Town Clerk) on the same day, and I'm pretty sure I didn't have a MA DL yet.keld feldspar wrote:Hmmm, so someone could go to MD, VT, & MA provide an address in any and all voting districts and vote in every district (not to be confused with every precinct in every district although I guess if one provided a new address every time)?Guinevere wrote:I've been a registered voter in Maryland, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Re: Proof of Citizenship
When I moved -- just about 2 years ago -- I'm quite sure I just walked into Town Hall and did nothing more than advise the clerk of my change of address. Had no issues voting in the following elections. Sign in (the staff checks address then name based on what you tell them), vote, sign out (same address and name check), feed the ballot to the machine. C'est tout!Sue U wrote:I have been a registered voter in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have never been asked for ID to vote (although my Pennsylvania registration was 25-30 years ago). More gobbledegook from quad.quaddriver wrote:And I am allowed to use FPS or Tigta. and I did. And Gwen complied 100% with everything she was asked to do. and I did report the findings that I had. If you recall, they called you a nobody.
If you reported on "the findings" I never saw it. Can you repost what you discovered or is it lost somewhere with all the other "proof" you have hidden throughout the years?
English translation please?quaddriver wrote:I had stated I would paste something else, which was covered twice. When the request is shown, so will my response be.
Sorry, quad. That makes no sense. A cop in (whatever state he was in) could not find out anything about me by asking a few questions. He would need to do enough research (or have someone else do it) that would allow him to discover my true identity. What he would do with that, I have no clue. It would do him no good and I'm sure he wouldn't go to the trouble. If he did, which I don't believe he did, and shared information with you, he would have violated the law.quaddriver wrote:and harry does/did not have to hack into your computer. He is a cop. Further, you said that by logging in as administrator on my computer I am giving out way too much information. Why would you say that unless you were trying to scare me into thinking someone got into it?
Of course you also made up yet another "fact" by saying that I log into my computer as administrator.
Nice try, quad.

the records show that my usage of data systems is well within the laws of this nation and the scope of my duties. no one will be able to prove otherwise.

Nice try, quad.
perhaps why freely giving your mac id, computer serial, software levels, etc due to innocuous page requests is a bad thing.
perhaps how one can instruct servers to look for searches of a phrase, like nucular, poison gas, quaddriver, etc while having in browser cache page requests for websites (plan B comes to mind) might start handing out fingerprints
sidebar: raise your hand: who here actually creates a SECOND id to use browsers with, one that is not admin on the machine? $5 says I am the only one.
put it this way joey, there is nothing you can do today, to erase what you did yesterday. or last week. or last month. or last year.
Re: Proof of Citizenship
I don't doubt that. Timothy has seen to it that your computer access has been restricted to allow you to only complete your IRS IT duties.quaddriver wrote:the records show that my usage of data systems is well within the laws of this nation and the scope of my duties. no one will be able to prove otherwise.
