The very best thing you could do for yourself at this point, if you can't bring yourself to do what you should do, and admit without any attempts at qualifications or justifications (In other words, no "yes, but..." kind of thing) that what you posted was completely over the line, would be to simply not post again in this thread, period.
Every follow up you have posted has only made you look worse. You have managed to bring criticism on yourself from people who haven't been involved in your dispute, and I suspect the longer you keep this going the longer that list of people is going to become.
(Of course at some point Quad will probably come in to say how splendidly justified you are; but as I've said before, whenever one sees the guy who admitted he wants to see the board destroyed supporting and praising them, they should take a long hard look at what they are doing.)

(At some time during that period you might want to review some of the nasty shit you've posted, especially in this thread. If at the end of that time you still can't bring yourself to apologize for anything, I would hope that you could at least try to make a fresh start without going back to anything in the past even when others try to bait you with it--and you know they will.)

We're now in Hong Kong, which is sheer bliss after our 14 hrs in Moscow and 15 hours on Aeroflot planes. I bought a t-shirt in Moscow which will confirm everything Liberty1 has ever thought of me! Will be having a 10 hr wait here, may as well hammer the duty free then.
Looking forward to getting back to Aus.
The good news is that Barnum seems to be responding well to a new heart meds regime, and will be around when we get back.

Back, and Barnum is with us. He's not looking great if truth be told, but I'll get along to our vets tomorrow and see what he has to say. No immanent risk of him needing the "ultimate sanction" yet, but if his quality of life deteriorates further I'll do the noble thing for him.
