I have no doubt that Barry was born in Hawaii, but it would not surprise me in the least if this document were manufactured to replace one that had some inflammatory or embarrassing information on it.
A local talk-show host said this morning that there is an Adobe product that can analyze a document that has been edited and highlight the alterations. He claimed that this analysis shows the certificate to have been altered after it was first created.

What they never mention is that the scanning process created the "errors" that people are jumping all over.
