Do we really need to worry whether or not it can be classified as child pornography? That is a tangent which is deflecting the issue away from what she posted.

I wasn't around for the start of the CSB, but I gather (near) absolute free speech was the premise, due to the experience others had at another moderated board where tyranny came to reign.
The CSB died a painful death, I think most would agree. It remains on life support, I suppose, but will it ever arise from the coma?
This place never promised to be an absolute free speech zone. Many of us hold very strong feelings about censorship, but contemplation of banning a poster whose near sole purpose for a year's time has been hounding/trolling/stalking two founding members who have done their utmost to extricate themselves from her obsessive grasp - well, it seems a rational thing to contemplate.
I cared very much for loCA once. I enjoyed her essays on critters, Home Depot, etc. - I encouraged that writing as talented and humorous. Now I can't bring myself to read much of anything she writes, I'm so sickened by the insensitivity, savagery and obsessiveness she's exhibited most of the time over the past year. If a few days or more go by without drama, she fabricates something new. She is clearly so sick that she cannot stand the lack of attention, cannot let go of her anger - which is really hurt over perceived 'rejection' - toward the Oz couple.
I understand some will be upset, but I hope out of affection and respect for Hen & Gob, they will forgive. It is obvious that people won't be banned willy nilly here for being rude to others - Andrew D and Quad have not been.
loCAtek is bent on destroying this place, if she can't get affirmation from the Oz couple which is not going to be forthcoming (is underserved) and the parameters of which she probably can no longer even identify in her own mind. It's become a sick, vicious cycle. Ignore is not enough, because she interjects herself in such vitriolic ways that her fabrications cannot be ignored by reasonable, responsible, caring folks.
I vote to ban her, and let the board heal. Let loCA have time to think, and heal. If in 3-6 months she wants to reapply to post, I would support her having that opportunity for redemption. I would welcome the old loCA back; loCAtroll should go.

BSG, the board stats tell me that lo's posts make up 9.98% of the total posts on here. Even if only 50% of them are invective (and I suspect the actual figure is higher) that's a big chunk of the board to ask anyone to ignore.
