A couple of years ago, when another poster at the CSB with a very advanced case of RBS started trying to portray rube as the "victim" I did a little research and discovered that on a whole host of words generally associated with personal insults, they appeared far more frequently in posts made by rube than in my posts or in Strops, both as a percentage of posts, and even in raw numbers. (Even though we had more posts)

He also mentioned me far more often than I mentioned him....

I posted these results..they were never disputed... anyone was free to check my math...(I guess your RBS caused you to miss this.)

I think what you are demonstrating is what I talked about recently about how some liberals,( though by no means all; many liberals here see rube for exactly what he is) seem to have great difficulty recognizing four star assholes in their ranks...

And make no mistake; rube is a five star asshole...it is almost impossible for him to post anything (that he hasn't copied and pasted) without adding some sort of gratuitous insult. How you can somehow miss this is beyond me...

For the most part I have him on ignore; if I didn't I'm sure I'd be commenting on his relentless assholery far more frequently; nowadays, for the most part, I don't comment on his behavior unless someone else quotes him saying something particularly insulting, bigoted, ignorant or flat out stupid. I completely ignore the blatantly baiting troll threads he starts.

On this board he tries to generally (though not always) spew his bile in more left-handed or passive aggressive ways than he did at the CSB, but that doesn't make him any less of an asshole in my book. It just makes him an asshole attempting to be deceptive about his assholeism....

Which as far as I'm concerned makes him a bigger asshole....

In no way shape or form do I accept for a single instant that my treatment of rube is in any way "unfair" or that he is some kind of "victim"....

I consider the very suggestion beyond outrageous, and utterly unsupported by the facts...

On the contrary, by having him on ignore, and only commenting on his behavior when others quote it, If any thing I am giving him a big pass and treating him far better than his behavior merits.
